How to access your online banking?

You can access through the LOG IN link that you can find both on the WEB and the Pollux APP.

Where can I check the current commissions?

The ONLY commission that you will find in Pollux will be at the moment of making an "Order book" as a Maker Taker rate. For all other products NO commission is charged, as it is included in the corresponding exchange rate.

How can I change my personal details?

You can change them in your profile, either through the Pollux website or app.

How to recover your password?

In simple steps you will be able to recover the password to your unique account. You can do this by verifying your identity through options such as tokens, sms or phase id (depending on your preference) and generate a new password.

How do I change my account?

From personal account to institutional account and vice versa, you can change your profile through your AVATAR in the app or via the ACCOUNTS link that you will find on the Pollux website.

Are transfers via Pollux free of charge? Internal and/or external?

ALL transfers within Pollux, whether to and from personal/personal, personal/institutional, institutional/personal and institutional/institutional are completely FREE of charge including any financial instruments you hold.

How do I fund my Pollux account?

You will be able to send domestic currencies and USD dollars from anywhere in the world and at any time you wish. All this, to any of your accounts in the Pollux universe.

We only deduct 0.6% of debits and credits from funding or withdrawals from COMPANY accounts, the rest is exempt from any tax.

Is Pollux secure?

Pollux has designed its operational processes to align with international information security standards ISO27001 and 27001 and provide peace of mind to its users.

Do I have to watch out for malicious emails?

Pollux will never ask users for any username and password information in the institutional emails that are sent. Therefore, you should never enter these details in any email from us. This way we avoid dangerous mails such as Phishing.

How do I choose my password?

Your password should be as secure as possible, avoiding names and dates of birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Never share your password with anyone else.

It is always a good idea to have two-factor authentication enabled for your Pollux account. This will provide you with more security and peace of mind when trading.
